Simone spent over 8 years building expertise in understanding customer experiences and needs through various process improvement, sales coaching, and customer insights analysis roles at Capital One. While growing her career there, she simultaneously launched and ran her own hair company benefitting women battling cancer, as well as a social media educational platform for influencers to organically grow their platforms. These experiences pushed her to focus on Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation during her MBA at The Wharton School. As a mother to a gregarious four year old, Kaia, Simone is ready to show the next generation of girl bosses that it’s finally time to take control of the markets we engage in, and put our communities' needs at the center of the next industry disrupting innovation.
