Andrea started Modi with her sisters after experiencing the frustration of constantly having to return clothing they bought online because it didn’t fit. Knowing that many people have this problem and that it was hurting retailers financially, the Modi founding team set out to combine their skills in computer science, textile technology, and business operations to create virtual fitting technology.  

Prior to starting Modi, Andrea worked as a consultant helping retailers like L Brands and Falabella implement eCommerce software solutions. She studied Computer Science and Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech where she was an active member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. In her free time, Andrea enjoys exploring new art mediums.
