Ricky is a software engineer-turned-engineering manager with experience building consumer-facing software and leading technical teams. He is currently pursuing his MBA at MIT Sloan and is the co-founder of Tarragon Systems, an ML-driven demand forecasting platform for fresh grocery procurement. Previously, he worked at ActBlue, the fundraising platform for US Democratic candidates, where his team built donor-facing software that raised $5 billion during the 2020 election cycle.
