Juan Young is a serial Social Entrepreneur who is dedicated to empowering, inspiring & uniting communities of color. Juan has spent over 10 years in the nonprofit sector working with underserved communities. Juan's "WHY" is to be a light for communities that are often overlooked, under-estimated & under-valued.

Juan also has extensive experience building and cultivating communities, specifically around the intersection of culture and entrepreneurship. As a startup founder himself, Juan has built several communities to support underrepresented early stage founders. In his free time you can find him on the baseball field with his son, or listening to his wife practice on her acoustic guitar.
