Amanat Anand is an industrial designer and co-founder of SoaPen. Originally from New Delhi, India, Amanat created SoaPen with her co-founder whom she met while studying at the Parsons School of Design, NY. They designed SoaPen to address the fact that handwashing with soap can prevent 1 out of 3 children from infectious illnesses that lead to high infant mortality rates. With SoaPen, kids can draw all over their hands with colorful, berry scented soap sticks that rinse away to leave their hands clean. SoaPen was featured on ABC’s Shark Tank in Season 13.
