After multiple failed attempts to realize her childhood dream of visiting Paris 🇫🇷 due to work constraints, misguided pressures, and experiencing the worst of burnout; Annalece set out to build Eiffel, a workplace wellbeing platform delivering meaningful and personalized support.

She has seen firsthand how the needs of employees can go unmet despite an organization’s best efforts to offer benefits that are in alignment with said needs. Annalece’s quest for connection and alignment fuels her passion for Eiffel.
