Laura Schaack has been working in early-stage startups her whole career. After graduating from NYU, she was the first employee at 3 startups - 2 of these companies had successful exits. Additionally, she held VP titles at 2 app development firms in NYC, working with Fortune 500 companies to help strategize digital products and then lead design & engineering teams to execute.

Laura has been a long-time tattoo-lover, and started planning Tattd in 2018 before finally starting the company in 2019. This community is very close to her heart and solving this problem is her greatest passion. With 21 tattoos and counting, her vision is to dynamically change the tattoo industry from top to bottom, and forever change the way people regard this unique art form.
