AWS Impact Accelerator

We partnered with Amazon Web Services to advise them on their accelerators focused on Black founders and female founders. Our services ranged from reviewing curriculum design through an equity lens and supporting their cohort selection process to facilitating core leadership workshops.

VHLX | A Fellowship for Latinx Founders

We partnered with Google For Startups to launch VHLX, a 20-week, virtual-first fellowship program that supports overlooked Latinx founders in building successful startups by providing company-building services and $10K in non-dilutive funding. VHLX hosts a cohort of 20 Latinx founders to work in building their startups.

Angel Investor Bias Training

We hosted a workshop for 100+ angel investors in collaboration with Republic to train them on uncovering blind spots and mitigating bias when investing in overlooked founders.

As the exclusive workplace partner to Visible Hands’ 2022 Visionaries Accelerator, WeWork supports the New York City-based participants with free workspace and access to WeWork’s global community, with the goal of fostering innovation through collaboration. At WeWork, the founders are able to utilize meeting rooms for group work, network at building events and more, bringing the benefits of in-person connection to the remote-first program.

Built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, Bolster matches CEOs with executives, mentors, and board members without the hassle of traditional talent sourcing.

The Bolster team joined forces with Visible Hands to provide personalized mentorship for each founder in the 2022 Visionaries Accelerator program.

Hill Holliday’s new Women’s Equity Initiative, the Power Room, partners with one woman business owner each year who has graduated from the Visible Hands Accelerator to help further grow their business by providing “pro bono” marketing services tailored to their needs.
