Platform Network Manager
Reports to: Director of Platform

We're building a hub-based model to scale our impact across key entrepreneurial ecosystems.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced community builder to own and activate our rapidly growing alumni network. You'll be the heartbeat of our Visionaries Network, creating meaningful programming, fostering connections among founders, and ensuring our alumni feel supported throughout their entrepreneurial journey. This is a unique opportunity to have an active role in shaping community strategy from the ground up as we scale from 300 to 800+ founders in 2026.
What You’ll Do
Alumni Network Management
- Develop and implement community engagement strategy for alumni founders
- Execute monthly programming including virtual workshops, fireside chats, and in person gatherings
- Moderate and facilitate conversations in community platforms (Slack, LinkedIn)
- Cultivate peer-to-peer connections and facilitate founder-to-founder introductions
- Track community health metrics (engagement rates, participation, satisfaction)
- Facilitate alumni involvement in current programs (mentorship, speaking, panels)
- Support cohort members transitioning into alumni network from fellowships or blueprints to ensure smooth handoff from program completion to alumni engagement
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing Director to analyze and organize marketing data and turn it into actionable insights for founder impact (through programming, social media content, or digital platform discussions and resources).
Systems Integration, Automation & Management
- Maintain data hygiene across all platforms (Airtable, Attio, Softr, Getro, Proven)
- Monitor engagement metrics across tech stack (Slack, Softr, newsletter open rates, job board activity)
- Manage Airtable databases that power program operations and Softr platform
- Update Softr platform monthly with current templates, events, resources, and founder profiles
- Create Asana project plans with appropriate integrations for program delivery
Program Operations Support
- Coordinate event logistics: venue booking, food ordering, updating event databases
- Manage applications pipeline and cohort data for Blueprint and Fellowship programs
- Send automated reminders to cohort members, speakers, and team for key milestones
- Update program resources and maintain template libraries
- Add new founders to all relevant platforms and databases
- Track job board activity through Getro, monitor postings and applications
- Support both programs and alumni network with operational coordination
Founder Resources & Perks
- Manage partnerships with vendors for founder perks and benefits
- Curate and maintain resource library (templates, guides, toolkits)
- Manage job board content and promote opportunities to relevant founders
- Connect founders with relevant mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners
- Create valuable content that addresses common founder challenges
What You Have
- 2-5 years experience in community management, preferably in startup/tech ecosystem
- Proven track record building and engaging communities (online and in-person)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with technology platforms (Slack, Excel, Airtable, Zapier)
- Solid content creation skills for newsletters and communications
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with small team
Bonus Points
- Experience working in venture capital, accelerator, or startup ecosystem organization
- Network within NYC or Boston ecosystems
- Event planning and execution experience
- Background as a founder or early startup employee
