Yasmin Cruz Ferrine (fəˈrēen) (she/her/hers) is a General Partner and Co-Founder at Visible Hands VC. Yasmin's responsibilities span talent, capital raising, and investment functions of the firm.

Yasmin has 15 years of experience leading capital raising, investment strategies, and advising foundations. Yasmin’s career includes cross-sector experiences from the 2020 US presidential election campaign to Head of Growth and Strategy New England region at Brown Advisory to Director of Corporate Responsibility at John Hancock. Yasmin began her career as a buy-side small-cap equity analyst. Yasmin’s current board work includes the Social Innovation Forum and Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Yasmin earned her MBA from Boston College and BS degree from Babson College.
